For a while now I've come to terms with the fact that I've become terribly unhip when it comes to checking out and appreciating new rock music on the market, focusing mostly on being an archivist/completist of artists and bands I've liked for years.
One pleasant recent discovery this year for me however was the music of Sea Wolf a.k.a. Alex Church. In fact, I was planning to include a playlist of about 10 songs from them here. Alas, I also recently noted that those corporate music nazis caring people of projectplaylist.com have once again enforced copyright restrictions that in fact render many of my playlists on this blog virtually ineffectual.
Anyway, as in my opinion this music is too good to pass on, I'll do this the Posterous way, putting up three of the songs I like the most with the available player. Hope you like them.
Some day I (maybe) will take the time to create a proper Blogger blog.
For a few months now, another blogging platform, Posterous, has given me a much easier way to display the stuff I like on a daily basis, with an eye-catching format, growing social interaction and without much of the hassle of reviewing entries and HTML code which I find incredibly boring and time-consumming.
So anyway, in the remote case anyone has read this, please drop by @ http://barcaluv67.posterous.com/ Thanks!
